Through beautiful imagery, StyleSheet tells the exciting story of Dallas fashion.
Sponsored by The Plaza at Preston CenterWe had the amazing opportunity to attend a private trunk show for British designer Katherine Hooker, hosted by Gene Jones, Charlotte Anderson, and Michele Tafoya. Katherine dresses Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and her sister Pippa in her signature contrast detail tweed coats. The trunk show was filled with luxurious cashmeres, beautiful trimmings, tailored perfection, and, of course, a lot of holiday cheer.
We had the wonderful privilege of attending the annual Flora Awards this past weekend honoring longtime benefactor Barbara Hunt Crow.
I hadn’t been to the Texas Discovery Gardens since my first kiss inside the butterfly house. I mean, what better place for a first kiss than the insectarium? I had almost forgotten the beauty and, of course, all the pretty butterflies.
I can’t get over this backless beaded Halston Heritage dress. Reminds me of the fringe-filled Tom Ford heels at his London 2013 show.
Maybe it’s Yo-Yo Ma. Maybe it’s the champagne. Maybe it’s the guest list. But every year at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra opening gala, the romance in the room can be felt throughout the entire party. It’s one of our absolute favorite events to photograph.
How does she do it? How does Lucy dj, dance, let alone stand, on 5.5 inches of Alaïa stiletto for four plus hours? I REALLY don’t know. It’s one of those mysteries we’ll never unveil.
Sort of a haunting image of Ben Adams of Atomic Productions during our limo ride around town on Fashion’s Night Out. He received several compliments on his midnight blue velvet sport coat and contrast oxblood pocket square, in which he explained the quest for his jacket and the size, ’40 short, 40 short.’
