The model’s white leather vest photographed beautifully on her all black ensemble, but what if it were an all white ensemble? White on white. Ivory on white. Ecru on antique white. All the variations of white combined together to complete a neutral color palette. With the rich jewel-toned colors of Fall behind us and the array of candy pastels on every Spring wish list, white on white combinations just seems like a breathe of fresh air.
We stopped by the Fairmont to visit the first ever designer-in-residence, Isabel Varela, to see her new studio space and her beautiful fabrics spread about waiting to be cut. Tonight she will be launching her line, Izavel, at the much anticipated Pin Show fashion event.
