I’ve recently found myself obsessed with mid-century beauty. Think Avedon’s Bazaar years or the original Barbie. When we saw this girl, it immediately brought to mind the exaggerated lashes and blond ponytail that was so popular during the late 1950′s.
We were out photographing Hanh Merriman and we couldn’t resist posting a few of the photos. We love the purple silk against the vines of the gazebo. Notice her dual-color manicure. It just says summer, doesn’t it?
Every time we run into Hanh, we are amazed with every little detail of her incredibly polished style. There’s almost an architectural design to each piece she owns. Even the soles of her shoes are show stoppers!
