We stopped by the Fairmont to visit the first ever designer-in-residence, Isabel Varela, to see her new studio space and her beautiful fabrics spread about waiting to be cut. Tonight she will be launching her line, Izavel, at the much anticipated Pin Show fashion event. We can hardly wait for the presentation of her designs along with over thirty other emerging fashion designers. Check back to see all the photos from backstage to the runway.
